80W CO₂ Laser Tube with Real Output Power

At the core of the machine is a high-quality CO₂ laser tube with an initial peak output of approximately 98W, which naturally stabilizes to a true continuous 80W output throughout its service life.

With our machines, “80W” means real long-term working power — not just a temporary peak value measured on a brand-new tube.

It is important to note that some sellers label laser tubes with actual output closer to 60W as “80W,” which can be misleading.

The MONOR 7050 combines genuine 80W performance with a compact 700 × 500 mm working area, making it ideal for precise engraving and clean cutting across a wide range of materials.

Designed for clean cutting of harder materials without burn marks on the underside of the cut.

Ideal for cutting small parts that could otherwise fall through the working table during processing. Both tables can be easily exchanged depending on the application and material type.

Efficient Electronically Controlled Exhaust System

The machine is equipped with a powerful exhaust fan that reliably removes smoke and fumes from the working area during both engraving and cutting operations.
The exhaust system is electronically controlled — it automatically starts when the job begins and continues running for several seconds after completion thanks to an adjustable delay timer (1–60 seconds).
This helps remove remaining fumes, reduces contamination on optical components and extends the lifetime of the laser tube and mirrors.
The MONOR 7050 combines reliable performance with simple maintenance and long-term durability.

Unlike conventional systems, the MONOR 7050 features electronically controlled Air Assist that automatically switches on or off depending on the active job.
For example, the system activates during cutting operations and remains disabled during engraving to preserve fine details and engraving quality.
This also helps extend lens lifetime and reduces the need for frequent optical cleaning.

Built-In Ammeter for Laser Power Monitoring

The MONOR 7050 is equipped with an integrated ammeter that displays the current flowing through the laser tube in real time.
