Shipping and Payment

Where we deliver – to Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We currently do not deliver to other countries; personal collection in Košťany nad Turcom is available to all customers.

If the order contains a machine and accessories, everything is shipped together on the pallet and only the pallet rate is charged.
If you order two or more machines, the shop offers personal collection only; we will quote pallet transport individually (info@monorlaser.com) and ship only after the delivery price has been agreed.
Personal collection is possible by prior appointment only; the registered office (Košťany nad Turcom 124) is not a collection point.
Carriers: Packeta (accessories) and TOPTRANS (machines on pallets).
For pallet deliveries, the recipient must ensure suitable unloading conditions and handling equipment (e.g. a forklift or pallet truck) unless otherwise agreed.
CW5200 chillers and CO₂ laser tubes: suitability for Packeta is checked individually. If a shipment exceeds Packeta's limits, we will agree an alternative carrier with you.
Goods are dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account.

Payment

Orders are paid by bank transfer to ECOMP Slovakia, s.r.o., ČSOB, IBAN SK41 7500 0000 0040 0780 0009, BIC CEKOSKBX, quoting the order number as the variable symbol (payment reference). After placing the order you will see, and receive by e-mail, a PAY by square QR code for your banking app (Czech banks may not support PAY by square – then enter the payment manually). Payment is due within 7 days; an unpaid order may be cancelled after a reminder (clause 5.3 of the Terms). Invoices are issued separately in our accounting software and sent by e-mail – the order confirmation is not an invoice. We do not offer card payment, cash on delivery or cash.

VAT

All prices include VAT. For delivery to Slovakia and for personal collection we apply 23 % VAT, for delivery to a consumer in the Czech Republic 21 % VAT. The final price including VAT is the same in both countries. The "excl. VAT" figure shown with products is calculated at 23 %.

Company purchases from the Czech Republic (without VAT)

Orders are always created including VAT. If you are a VAT payer in the Czech Republic, enter your Czech VAT ID and the goods are delivered to the Czech Republic by our carrier (Packeta or Toptrans), we may invoice the supply without VAT after verification (exemption under Section 43 of the Slovak VAT Act). A valid VAT ID alone does not guarantee the exemption – every order is reviewed manually before payment. After approval we will send you new payment details: goods = price incl. VAT ÷ 1.23, delivery = Czech delivery price ÷ 1.21. Please do not pay the order until you receive the new payment details. The exemption does not apply to personal collection (supply in Slovakia with 23 % VAT).
